Competitor's Practice Session

Commencing 15th October:
Practice Class Every Friday (no longer on Sundays)

Latin 8.30 - 9.15 pm
Standard 9.15 - 10.00 pm
New Vogue 10.00 - 10.30 pm (dances by request)

Part of a competitor's training requires stamina training, repetition, floorcraft, and musical interpretation. When this is done in a competitive environment, it naturally develops the dancers' abilities and refines their skills.

This class is recommended as a MUST for all serious dancers.

The class is run as follows:

Three repetitions of each of the 5 Standard dances. This is usually followed by one 1min30secs of each of the 5 dances played back to back.
Then New Vogue dances are played by request, usually while others are changing their shoes.
Then there are three repetitions of each of the 5 Latin dances, followed by 1min30secs of each of the 5 dances played back to back.
 Cost $10 per person
